his product is made of high-quality PE (Polyethylene), UPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) and UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) as core raw materials, processed through professional technologies. It is an ideal wear-resistant accessory for equipment in retail, logistics, industrial transportation and other fields.
In terms of material properties, the PE base material ensures basic corrosion resistance and low-temperature resistance, making it suitable for conventional light friction scenarios. Leveraging the advantage of ultra-high molecular weight, UPE and UHMWPE materials endow the product with excellent wear resistance and self-lubrication. With a friction coefficient as low as 0.1-0.2, it is far superior to ordinary metals and plastics, which can significantly reduce friction loss during equipment operation. Meanwhile, the material has excellent impact resistance and maintains stable performance within the temperature range of -269℃ to 80℃, withstanding extreme high and low-temperature working conditions.
